We offer 2 different types of service depending on your goals and needs. Choose from a one-time goal planning virtual meeting to help you design an effective, evidence-based plan to get you started on your journey, or our month-to-month coaching service in which we help guide you to your goal through a completely individualized plan with regular adjustments (if needed) to ensure you reach your goal in a realistic time frame, GUARENTEED!
Our pricing depends on several factors, such as what your goal timeline is, how many check-ins per month you desire, and if are receiving fitness and nutrition coaching together (or just one in particular). Once these questions are answered, we will provide a price breakdown during your free consultation conference!
Absolutely not! Rather if you are a first-time dieter and have never participated in an any exercise program, or already have structure when it comes to diet and exercise but want to take your health and physique to a new level, Transformed Health Initiative is here to help! We are confident we can help you build a plan that will help you reach any goal, no matter your previous or current experience!

The monthly coaching service is based on a 3,6, or 12-month agreement to ensure the desired results are achieved. Included in your program are: a customized exercise plan that we develop together so it fits your preferences and lifestyle, an individualized nutrition plan based on your previous diet experience, food preferences, and daily routine, 6 days a week (Sun-Fri) support from your coach via email for all questions and concerns (all answers provided within 24 hours), all data tracking spreadsheets that are easy to use and convenient, tons of PDF files filled with important health and fitness recommendations and educational documents to ensure you are learning as you go, and regular virtual check-ins to discuss successes/failures/challenges, assess up-to-date results, and make any needed adjustments to your program so you can continue getting great results without the stress and frustration that comes with trying to do it all on your own.
You will be emailed a Health and Lifestyle questionnaire that must be completed at least 24 hours before your Virtual Appointment. This will help answer many questions your coach may have for you so they know your past and present health status/experience and so we can devote your entire 60+ minute meeting to developing your individual plan. We will walk through nutrition planning/protocols, exercise, and lifestyle habits to make sure your plan addresses all of the aspects that will determine if you successfully reach your goal! When we conclude your meeting, you will have a plan designed for you to follow, and you can make any needed adjustments as you go, or schedule another one-time goal planning virtual meeting to reestablish goals and your plan of action.
Yes! If you commit to your plan to the best of your ability, perform all necessary data logging and check-ins, and communicate if issues or setbacks arise and still don't see results, we will refund every penny you spent! (This has yet to happen in over 10 years, because we rock like that! ;) )
If you reach your goal before our predetermined timeline, that's awesome! We will switch to a "maintenance phase" in which you will learn how to continue to develop healthy habits and lifestyle structure to ensure you KEEP OFF every pound you lost, or KEEP ON every pound of muscle gained!
At Transformed Health Initiative, we are all about our clients' safety and peace of mind. ALL information provided, progress photos submitted, recorded data, results, and topics discussed between you and your coach are completely confidential (as long as the information discussed doesn't put yourself or anyone else in physical danger). Your coach may request to use your results, testimonials, and/or progress photos on the website or social media platforms, but ONLY with your written consent (via email) for any information/content being shared.
